Oh my god. No, this is not a failure at all. Please do keep on with this sort of thing, this is delightful. This is the kind of good thing we all need more of.
It's the failure rate, when it works it's ok/good but most of the time it just doesn't work. I'll give it another go when i get time to find uniform layouts of the Sport.
