Generations have struggled with concepts such as this, so this is my attempt at it. This LoRa tends to function better in landscape orientation. It's best used between 0.6 - 0.8 strength. Unfortunately, it's not perfect, so you might require a few attempts to get it to generate what you're looking for.

Make sure to include "2boys, 1girl, solo focus, double penetration" in your prompt for best results. See some of my prompts for examples.
