Turn starting frame into anime with AnimeShift. This LoRA was trained as I2VA to transform the visual style of a first frame while keeping the original subject and background changing only the style, of course you can change it with prompt.

Use the trigger phrase "The style switch to anime" to activate the transformation. Strength 1 is usually a good starting point, but some stubborn images may need to be pushed a little harder to achieve a complete style change.
