### Recommended Combinations (from your data)

- For strong movement + cartoon effect:

gigantic belly, fetal movement, struggling prey, rumbling stomach, wavy belly outline

- For classic hyper pregnancy look:

gigantic belly, pregnant, hyper pregnancy, popped navel, round belly

- For unbirth with visible silhouette:

unbirth, silhouette in belly, (huge/gigantic) belly, umbilical cord silhouette

- For full extreme look:

gigantic belly, hyper pregnancy, fetal movement, struggling prey, gigantic breasts, gigantic ass, lactation

Use the size tags consistently (don’t mix “big” and “gigantic” on the same body part unless you want a mixed effect). The more extreme size tags hyper, gigantic) work best when paired with the corresponding pregnancy/unbirth tags.
