Popeyes gravy was a good choice, for the turkey, I mean, honestly. I can't believe I never thought of this before, just using popeyes as a gravy factory, and like, that's it. Because you can get basically anything else they make for functionally cheaper in every way, but making home-made gravy kind of sucks, to be honest.

I'd say I'm a pretty good cook, but my mom makes way better gravy than I do. I mean, she makes better gravy than popeyes, and yeah, I know it's easy, just basically meatjuice and flour and I think that's it? Other than seasoning. But like, I mean, I dunno, it's one thing I'm bad at.

I ever tell you about the time I tried to make peppercorn gravy, and added whole peppercorns to it, because I didn't know that it was asking for pepper in the recipe, it asked for 'peppercorns', so I basically added the whole pepper balls to it and was like, what the fuck even is this man. That was probably back when I was like 16 and making some kind of lamb dish.

At least it's not as bad as that one dude who thought egg-whites were egg shells.
