You should add CoachBate Penis LoRA or Dr34mly , or both on the low expert, otherwise penis can't be rendered correctly. I am using strenght 1.0 and 0.65 respectively.

Most importantly, you only need to add this LoRA to the high noise expert. It works better if you let WAN do the fine details here, it knows them much better for this use case.

Secondly, WAN loses its ability to show fine details of how surface reacts to sth that touches it, the more you zoom away from the subject. This means it works best if the face or the target you rub the dick on takes most of the frame.

Thirdly, you should include an anchor that moves the dick, otherwise the dick might magically move itself to rub. For example, include a hand that grasps the dick in the input image, or describe the anchor in the prompt: "the man circles his hips to rub his penis on the face". You can also try to reduce strength if dick or balls magically move or sth looks not realistic.

I also tried to make it work for rubbing testicles. Here, the anchor in the prompt or low strength is even more important.
