I figured out what’s flagging this: the 2girls/1boy prompts. Changed to 2women/1man, it clears onsite generation without issue. That probably explains why you’ve had problems with others in the past, too.
I was prompting with booru-tags.... which might be what confuses the onsite-analyzer. It might also help to state an age ("1girl, 21yo") - at least it could help with the analyzer - no clue what this does on generating.

Anyone know how to fix this? : I don't know why but I keep getting pics where the cock is in two women's mouths, but in an almost cannibalistic way... the head will be in one woman's mouth, and the base of the cock will be in the other's, but almost as if they cut it off. Did you try a different sampler (Euler a vs. SDE++Karras vs. ...)? Besides that, sadly no clue. There might be checkpoints where this happens less often (IIRC revanimated) but it still happens a lot. I mostly hit "generate" until something not-to-bad appears and try to modify the prompt for that seed.
