Lora of Spike from the 1991 TV Series Dinosaurs. The show was a joint production between Disney and Jim Henson Productions. It was a live action show featuring very impressive full body puppets.

Spike is Robbie Sinclair's best friend, and a student at Bob LaBrea High School. He joined the cast in the second season and appears several times throughout the rest of the show. Like most characters, his dinosaur species is ambiguous (polacanthus?). It's a fun puppet though. His standard outfit changes between a camo jacket, and a black trench coat.

It seems like he's based on Arthur "Fonz" Fonzarelli from happy days, since he shares a lot of the same mannerisms. He's voiced by Christopher Meloni in one of his first TV roles.
