No special trigger needed. Just describing cum is enough. You can experiment with different descriptions (e.g. translucent, gooey, sticky), amounts and locations. Check the example images for prompting ideas.

• The most basic prompt that already works would be something like: "A woman. She has cum on her face."

It works very well with just Krea2 Turbo. No additonal LoRA needed for good results.
