LoRA of Mark "Robbie" Sinclair, from the 1991 TV Series Dinosaurs.

Resembling a Hypsilophodont , Robbie is the oldest child of the Sinclair family. Conscientious and questioning of society, he falls in naturally with his rebellious best friend Spike. He attends school at Bob LaBrea High School along with his sister Charlene. There's a "very special episode" where Robbie gets absolutely jacked taking "Thornoids"; the in-universe steroid analog. They made an alternate puppet torso where he's got more muscles and has some extra spines that were part of the training data, so that sneaks in from time to time.

Dinosaurs was a Disney-produced show in collaboration with the absolutely legendary Jim Henson Productions. It aired on ABC for four seasons. It was very popular, but also expensive to produce. The whole series is on Disney plus, so it's pretty easy to track down these days. Check it out!
