• Start the prompt like this: An undrft underfoot POV photo taken lying flat on the floor with the camera pointing straight up at the ceiling, as the sole of a … presses down toward the camera, then describe the footwear (material, colour, dirt on the sole), her leg, her, her expression, what's above her and the light.
• For a stomp, keep "pointing straight up" and put the background "overhead" (the ceiling, the sky, the trees). Writing "behind" makes the model draw a normal eye-level room.
• Say the pose. Standing stomp: She stands directly over the camera, her planted leg rising from the bottom edge of the frame like a tall column, her other knee lifted high and bent so her foot comes straight down. Her face is small and high up beside the raised foot. Describe only the ceiling or sky and the light: wall details and furniture pull her into a sit.
• Seated, foot extended (works as well): the camera angled up at a seated woman … She sits leaning back in a chair a short way in front of the camera, one leg extended straight out toward the lens. Room details are fine here.
• Trousers, jeans, shorts or a catsuit stay on from this angle. Short dresses and bikini bottoms tend to vanish.
• Outdoors works: swap "ceiling" for "sky" and lie on sand, asphalt, a forest trail or snow.
• Portrait sizes work best, e.g. 832x1216 or 768x1344; square works too.
• Weight 0.8–1.0 (0.9 is a good default).
