Babi Keller’s dataset was built in Persona, with ChatGPT for the reference sheet and Google Flow for the photos. She was then trained with Musubi Tuner on my own PC, with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 (12 GB VRAM). No cloud training, no rented GPU.

Training requirements vary with the base model, settings and hardware.

A good character LoRA starts before training, with a consistent dataset.
