For some reason I get blurry output on this particular model, like it has a layer of light haze on top. I get the same thing with the AzovyaRPG model, but haven't had this problem with others.

That is very worrying, I assume you have tried copying our settings to no avail?
I will tag @Zovya here since you seem to have the same issue with her model.
I am getting the same issue, for some reasons I am getting blurry output like there is a layer of haze on top of the final results, if anyone can help with it?
using a latent upscaler with hires fix can do this. would that be your case?
@Zovya I have the same problem, didn't use upscaler at all. At the rendering process it seems normal (colors, sharpness), but when it gets 100% it became faded and with bad quality, and there's some purple artifacts are visible. Same problem with some other models.
@painburger Exactly just like this happens with me as well, while rendering it seems normal but when the final results comes out there is a layer of Haze and the picture looses it high definition.
@DreamersParadox so did you find any solution to this problem?
Didn't test with this model specifically, but haze and purple artifacts are usually a symptom of not using a vae, or not using the correct one.
Can some of you who are having this problem try with a vae, or with a different vae if you're already using one?
@azretion188 exactly! That was my case issue! After using a VAE the problem was solved! Thanks for reply anyway!
