A proof of concept that it is possible to generate tokens for dnd type games.
In order to get usable generations it may well need a whole checkpoint just for this concept, trained on hundreds of images that would all have to be manually tagged, preferably also with inanimate objects included.
For this proof of concept I used the standard anime tagger on 73 tokens from forgotten adventures.
If anyone knows of good collections of token art for training data let me know.
I would probably recommend against trying to use this LoRA for anything besides testing, it isn't very good nor reliable.

Forgotten Adventures has tons of free tokens for you to train on. They are the people who did the art for Foundry-vtt.
I have a file of almost 8GB of tokens from various patreon artists including Forgotten Adventures. I'd be happy to share with you
Thanks for the offer. I certainly couldn't refuse!
The big issue would really be tagging the dataset, It'd need a whole bunch of specialist prompts but these would need to be applied by hand, per image. The better job done with the prompts the more versatile the tool.
That being said, an AI that could create consistent images of humanoids, monsters and maybe even objects and vehicles would be a fantastic tools for online DMs.
I'm thinking of picking this up as a project myself. Did you end up sharing that token dataset? I'd mess around with it
Im curating a dataset as well for SD3.5, would you be able to share the dataset with me. I will label them.
