Absolutely perfect? You must be using other checkpoints than me. While it creates something that goes in the direction, it's not very close in most checkpoints I tried. It works very well in Dreamshaper and the Xenoverse checkpoints, but I would still prefer the lora.

It's effectiveness depends on the level of training the checkpoint you're using has already received on the character. Your suggestion works ok with some ckpts, but others, it completely changes the characteristics of the LoRA...so your mileage may vary. I prefer the LoRA w/o your prompt personally, but the extra tips are always appreciated.
