ＴＶアニメ「学校の怪談」より 恋ヶ窪桃子ちゃんのloraです。はっきりいって超大好きなキャラです！このアニメは放送当時ネット上でさつき派と桃子派に分かれてのヒロイン議論が凄まじかったんですが私は断然桃子ちゃん派でした。

恋ヶ窪 桃子（こいがくぼ ももこ）CV： 佐久間紅美
小学6年生。12歳。体が弱い美人なお嬢様。中学生か下手すれば高校生にも見えるし実際精神年齢は高くて大人っぽい。落ち着いたおっとり系のお姉さん属性持ち。作中でたまに真剣な表情になった時の作画とか二十歳ぐらいに見えることもあるし。タルの伊代菜ちゃんとは別ベクトルでアダルトな女の子。作品開始の1年前、転校と病気入院（聖ロザリオ病院に1年間。留年はしていない）が重なったため、同学年に友達が少なく、一学年下のさつき達と一緒に行動することが多い。なお、佳耶子および敬一郎とは入院中に聖ロザリオ病院で会っている。少々天然でおっとりした性格。制服風の服を好むらしく、服は夏用と冬用の両方を持っている。履いている靴はローファー。上記以外の服も着ている。さつき程の頻度はないが、パンツを見せてしまったことがある。「方向音痴のために携帯を持たされている」と本人は述べているが、作中では道に迷うことは全くといっていいほどなく、第11話ではハジメとレオしか知らないはずの秘密基地にどこからともなく現れた。元から霊感があり、お化けを見慣れているせいか、驚きはするものの滅多に怖がった様子は見せない。ときに佳耶子が乗り移ることがあり、ある種、シャーマン的な能力もあるなど、謎の多い美少女である。

Since nobody has explained this in full and incase you haven’t figured it out from elsewhere: 学校の怪談 has a very unserious English gag dub that replaces most of the dialog with original jokes. Many of the jokes have aged extremely poorly, and the entire concept really only functioned because the English anime dub industry was in a very brief window of respectability* it had the goodwill to get away with it, but so many of the jokes are totally over the top they’re quite memorable. (There’s actually an entirely separate Philippine English dub by Animax that’s based on an accurate translation, but as a Philippine English dub the acting is poor and the microphone quality is even worse so it's really only known for being used as a comparison).
*(late 90s to early/mid 2000s were about the only time th English anime/VG dub industry was viewed with any respect. Before that it's totally incompetent and post that it's dominated by a small handful of talentless actors who are cast in everything and openly hate the source material, and editors who change the script to insert their own political garbage before voice even touches it. But that all is another story entirely)
