Who is Philomena Cunk based on?
Philomena Cunk isn't actually a real person or presenter. She's a character portrayed by actor Diane Morgan, à la Stephen Colbert's willfully ignorant satirical persona during his Colbert Report days.
I would start with a strength of 0.8 w/ realistic models (ex. CyberRealistic). I am no longer working on improving this Lora so decided to post it. I did have 2 other versions of it but neither were improvements.

Note: There is a mole that appears on the (her) right side neck. This is not an overtraining artifact or defect, that is her real mole that appears in her photos. I turned off Flip Augmentation on this Lora so that it appears on the correct side.
I tagged her wearing a jacket, wearing a blouse, standing in a museum. Not much else. I think there were a few of her standing outside.
