You can also include or leave out accessories. "mole under eye" may give more than one mole, sorry. For generic clothes you don't really need any special tags, but the appearance might work better if you start with "inapriestess, collarbone".
This Lora will only work with Pony-based models. ADetailer is recommended for faces.

Definitely the best Ina lora I've ever found for dead on accurate clothing, but hard to actually use because the style baked into the thing tends to just obliterate the color and any details from other loras I've tried using alongside it and I haven't the slightest clue how to fix it.
I was trying out this Lora, but damn its good. All the costumes react well even with other Lora's.
