Another character with a fairly small dataset. Some issues may be present.
Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength. Trigger phrase is "Tio Plato".
Add "black cape", "black dress", "black thighhighs", and "fake animal ears" for her typical look.
"Armor" helps generate her chestplate-thing.
"Detached sleeves" helps remove the cape.
