This is a merge between AutismmixConfetti and PDV6XL artist tags

The primary use of this model is to add artists back into autismmix/pony without the extra delay from loading loras in sdxl.

v1 is merged on PXDL-AT v1.4e

v2 is merged on v2

both use pony v6 as base

v1 has unprompted artist signatures (this is a bad thing)

v2 has alot of visual variety across the same species for a given prompt
