Originally I was really surprised when i didn't find a skirt length LECO and had to make my own. So I was thinking what other low hanging fruits there are that i would find interesting. Either way I think I saw somewhere someone asking about a pregnancy progression LECO and it seemed an easy target.
This LECO require you to add the tag pregnant otherwise it just seems to make the character a bit thicker.
LECOs are manipulated by their weight and normally need no triggers to use it, change their weight like this <lora:Pregnancy_000000100:-1> to make the belly smaller or <lora:Pregnancy_000000100:1> to make it larger, setting it to zero having very little effect on the prompts.

What does this do to bare navels?
This is a LECO and not a normal LORA so it will do whatever you model thinks is best. In anythingV4.5 it looks ok-ish but the bellybutton might go AWOL, but that's an anythingV4.5 issue so you won't know until you try it on the specific model you plan to use.
Can you make a version where the navel changes are on the discretion of the user?
No idea of what exactly you mean. Do you mean her belly always pointing to the camera? Either way I don't really do commissions or requests so your best bet is the bounty board.
