V2 is a LOHA model so you need the Lycoris Extension for A1111 to use it (only for A1111 Version <1.5). For Automatic1111 version 1.5 and higher, no extension is needed. Lycoris models work exactly the same as LoRAs on 1.5+. Install them to the LoRA folder and they will show up in the extra networks section, just like other LoRAs.
Bettercocks2 is Identical to Tgirls_V4.
Version 2 is a huge improvement over V1:
Can create flaccid penises in almost every pose
follows prompts much better (large/small or flaccid/erect)
better looking penises
much better at side poses and poses from behind
added concept of penis bulges
The Model has been trained on and works bests with epicRealism V5 (https://civarchive.com/models/25694/epicrealism). epicRealism V4 and V3 work great ass well.
Other realistic Checkpoints and even Anime models should work, but the result is almost certainly going to be worse.
General Tips:
The recommended strength is 0.5-0.9, a higher strengths sometimes creates more realistic results.
The model seems to follow size and state (erect/flaccid) better if they come close to the beginning of the prompt

Use highres fix!!! The upsampler does not really matter. Denoise should be at least 0.3.
Use the regular model for impainting penises. Select "only maske" set Padding to a >50px and set denoiseing to ~0.6
Look at the samples for prompts
CAUTION: as is was initially created to create Tgirls all women in you images will grow a penis :D.

I actually discovered that with a few tweaks in the prompt I could get decent male appendages with the t-girls model. One thing i noticed with that model is a tendency to create "guys" with somewhat wider hips. I will try this LoRA and see if I get better results. If they are the exact same model, I suppose I might get the same result.
I haven't noticed wider hips myself yet but i guess that could be a side effect. Adding (wide hips:1.3) to the nagative prompts might help . I just uploaded a new model that works better for flaccid penises and was trained with more male body types maybe you could try that as well
This is not mentioned in description, but if you use v1_flaccid Lora and tag 'tgirl', it can generate very believable uncut flaccid genitals, as opposed to porn sized cut appendages it makes normally.

Large cocks were labeled "large" so you could try that. Another option could be to use a Anime Lora at the same time. This Lora has the ability to make Anime Cock Lora's work for realistic models

I've managed to work with it rather than it against it :) It would be awesome if this lora could work without using trigger words like other ones. Looking forward to future versions!

How do I get it to not always crop out the face in the image?
You can add tags describing the face to the prompt, like "perfect eyes", "perfect face","smile" and so on. Adding things like ,"full body" or "upper body shot" can also help, or even just describing die background.

Sadly I don't know of any tool to do that can convert a Loha to a Lora. I could try to merge It with a Base model and then extract a lora from the difference but the quality will likely suffer

I can understand how you had this experience since using this LoRA with RealisticVision produced some hilarious results (random giant unibrow??) at high weights. However, I can recommend a couple of approaches. First, try lowering the weight of the LoRA: the advantage of this approach is it's simple, the disadvantage is that the effect will still be there and at lower weights the appearance of anatomy suffers. My second and preferred approach for all male anatomy LoRAs is to create your base image first and then play god to give him the parts he deserves. It's more work initially, but it lets you get a guy you like then test out different looks for the nether regions and generally avoids having to cycle through lots of generations.
Not something if you could bake into this already excellent lora. But Is there anything that can be done about cocks coming out of unzipped pants? So many times it just appearing through the pants or they're pulled down like sweatpants.

Firstly, thanks for the great work! Secondly, all my results are terrible. Even after copying your exact settings I am generating garbage. Is there anything I need to do in my SD setup in order the achieve these results? Extensions etc? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!
The first thing I would try is, to use a fixed seed and change the strength of the lora from 0 to 1 and see if the output image changes. If it does not change then the loha is not active. If that is the case you likely don't have the Lycoris extension installed or you copied the file into the Lora folder instead of the Lycoris folder. Also check if you get an error message in the CLI if you click generate
EDIT: I just realized I set the wrong model Type in the Model description Lora instead of Lycoris. I fixed it now

where it says "Type -> Lycoris" in that chart to the side of the preview images, there's a little (i) button that will give you an explanation. Lycoris require a plugin which only takes 2 minutes to set up. They also don't go in the lora folder, they go in the lycoris folder. Other than that, they're used the same I think.

My issue with the newest version is that at higher strength, it has a tendency to overexpose the picture to the point that it denatures the original model. The results themselves are awesome but unfortunately, the over-exposure kinda ruins the whole thing. Wondering if I am doing something wrong here, although I can see it seems to be happening in the sample pictures too. Anyway, thanks for your hard work!
