I could be totally out of line here, but I think the output name on the Lora is incorrect. Looking at the metadata the ss_output_name is "DonMD34thKn1gh7XL-v1.1".
afaik it chooses the LoRA with priority on filename. A1111/Forge shorten it to the ss_output_name, if only 1 file is present. I did some research and found this post: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/issues/10326#issuecomment-1546544047
