I was curious myself as I had seen this used in a lot of posts and had no idea what the hell it did. The creator's non-description is about as worthless as descriptions get, which makes me wonder how the LoRA became so popular.

However, while by far most LoRA and base Pony characters adhere expressively to prompts like "orgasm" and "moaning", there are a few problem characters that have kind of wooden faces for those prompts like Catalina La Catrina (https://civitai.com/models/621256/catalina-la-catrina-ponyxl?modelVersionId=694515). I don't know exactly why this is. Maybe bad prompts used in training. Maybe the fact that LoRA was trained mostly on SFW images.

So I had a hypothesis that this LoRA may bring life into these types of characters and cause them to adhere to sexual expressivity prompts in the same ways as other characters. After seeing your comment, I decided to do exactly the experiment you asked. Same prompt, same seed. One important note is that I needed to set the weight to 2 before I got significant results. But here they are, in living color. As you can see, the difference is night and day:

@Clocksmith so the trick was heavy weight eh? i did another test with weight 2 and 3 and yeah, there was a significant difference.... the girl looks more hornier and hornier each weight (hahaha)
it does add more dynamics in lightings as well

@Clocksmith the one i checked is from your profile "overview" images and not from "posts" since i dont see any of the work you referring posted on your "post" section so, i assumed the latest two of your image generations which is the catalina images are the one you talking about in your earlier response

This lore is created for ecchi scenes (That's why it's called Expressive H), in simple portraits you are less likely to see changes

Look at the bucket_info in the Lora metadata and you'll understand why lol

It's a subtle helper to improve "h" facial expressions.

if this was the only addition its probably your vram beeing overfilled with loras.

Maybe it was because I am on a Mac, this was my first and only lora there, currently using DrawThings and it can handle multiple loras no problem, I'll have to try the expressiveH one in draw things instead of comfyui

I think it gives them anime inspired eyes while maintaining realism. Not entirely sure though, but I like the pics I make with it

Do you know where exactly are we meant to subscribe? Civitai's own site currently says "Purchasing or updating memberships is currently disabled".

And they also took away the ability to subscribe, so you just can't use it regardless

As rule of thumb, you can mix and match, but as you increase cfg and scene complexity you might find that your ceiling for creativity before artifacting sets in is lower due to the Pony<->Illustrious handling of higher cfg and higher steps (not just simultaneously) works.

Whether that's okay for you depends on whether you do any manual work on your AI generated works. If yes, you can fix these. If not, prompt perfectionism gets expensive.

ExpressiveH is a LoRA that should focus on EXPRESSIONS, big surprise. If a model is angry or afraid, it will be less subtle, more visible.

@Protonium Oddly enough, what it does for me is add a BIT of expression. It also removes all kinds of clothes AND puts a dingdong between the female's legs which seems like it has a cold... :D

Agreed. I think most models and loras here with hentai or NSFW get unwarranted attention and downloads. Same goes for a Wan 2.2 NSFW lora. Its the most popular but it hardly does anything and every other lora out there does what little the NSWF lora does but better.

Maybe it's like "good luck" I got one Lora I use often and am pretty sure it does not help at all still I kinda need to have it there most times...

IT makes the faces more expressive. Its a pretty decent on too. Look below. note the faces.

@Civitaiaifun for me it mostly makes eyes closed and looking sometimes a bit horrific for my experiments... guess it depends what you're going for

Fully agree, but for some reason it just works for me. Everything turns out a little better even without prompting an expression. I just leave it on .4 and it works great. Like someone else said, its "good luck"

In the Pony era, you needed a ton of loras to do anything, or alternately controlnets (which Civitai onsite generation never supported). In 2026, when most people are not even using Pony anyway, indeed there is not much of a point.
