Jessica from the animated short series The Bremen Avenue Experience (2008), a Cartoon Network Wedgies series about an anthropomorphic rock band inspired by The Bremen Town Musicians, is the band’s lavender cat bassist and one of the four main members alongside Simon, Tanner, and Barrett. The shorts focus on the band’s rehearsals being interrupted by the members’ personalities and random problems, with Barrett trying to keep everyone focused. Jessica is usually presented as one of the more focused members of the group, but she can still get distracted by things like her cellphone and social life. She has her own short, “Jessica’s Story,” and her place in the series is mainly as the bassist whose calmer presence balances the louder, more chaotic bandmates.
