It's worth mentioning that despite using a proprietary training model as a base, this version incorporates other trained models. Therefore, it classifies as a Merge rather than a Fully Trained model.
Prompt Recommendations (please read!!):
Despite using the Pony Diffusion V6 XL model as a base, this checkpoint is a legitimate ONE FOR ALL, so adherence to the prompts is always an important factor along with quality.
Make sure you load this model with clip skip 2 (or -2 in some software), otherwise you will be getting low quality blobs.
This model supports a wide array of styles and aesthetics but provides an opinionated default prompt template that allows generation of high quality samples with no negative prompt and otherwise default settings
score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, score_6_up, score_5_up, score_4_up, just describe what you want, tag1, tag2BUT REMEMBER, IT HAS DPO TOO, keep that in mind if you don't get the result you want.

FAST Q&A:
Q: My generation never come as source_anime, how to get a flat anime style?
A: Try to remove all the score tags. It will make the AI uses the anime style by default. If even with that, you still didn't get the flat style, check your prompt if it doesn't have something like 'realistic' on it. Finally add photo, realistic in the negative prompt.
Q: Why I always get NSFW images even using rating_safe?
A: It happens because version 2 is supposed to give more weight to NSFW. The options here are, remove the score_4_up from your prompt, add score_4 on negative. If it doesn't work, check your prompt for NSFW tags. Finally set more weight to the rating, like: (rating_safe:1.4).
Q: How to get a more realistic image?
A: First, have sure to use source_photo on your prompt, secondly add (photography, realistic:1.4) check the result. Still not there? Try to add (anime, cartoon, 2D, 2.5D, digital) in the negative prompt.
Q: The colors and style are weird, how to fix?
A: Have sure that your prompt don't have oblique or conflict in styles etc. But, I bet your prompt have HDR on it. 😅😅😅 The AI will take it to another level, I probably messed something, sorry about that, take the HDR off.
Q: You said your model should make vibrant colors, but it still look like all other pony models around, are you trying to fooling us around?
A: NO!! lol, ok, maybe. J/K!! Ok, the thing is, score_ is like a wildcard, so it has information about quality and other things. Once we merge the original Pony to make our models we need to pay attention on some aspects. In «Pony Fantasy» for example, I have an own model merged. The sum of the checkpoints ends up altering some factors. In short, my suggestion is to remove ALL Score_ except score_8 (without _up). This should bring out a brighter color. I recommend that you run tests with the scores, you may end up discovering some very interesting things.

40 (The XL works differently than the SD 1.5. So the recommendation is to stay between 30 and 40).
Width/Height:
Here's the big difference. If the SD 1.5 works with 512 x 512 base, the XL works with 1024 x 1024. I personally use the 1080 x 1440 resolution a lot.
CFG Scale:
I use 8 as default.
Due to the training method and the implementation of the Pony model, low CFG can generate only noise, so if your images are only noisy, check your CFG and Steps.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE PROMPT!!
As I said before, XL works differently from SD 1.5.
So start your generation without the negative prompt. That's right, start WITHOUT NEGATIVE PROMPTS. Negative prompts are very powerful in XL, so only use them when you're not getting the result you want. Don't fill up on negative prompts as many people mistakenly do in SD 1.5.
Anything beyond that depends on your taste and the results you want. 🥰

Description
The idea of making a version 2 arose from the following facts:
1st - When the ONE FOR ALL «Plus Ultra» - v 3 DPO+Pony was launched, a reviewer pointed out that the Plus Ultra model wasn't good at generating NSFW images. Well, he's right. The Plus Ultra model seeks versatility with absurd quality, making it ideal for those looking to generate quality content, whether in 2.5D, Anime, Furry, Kawaii or Realistic. Sadly, NSFW was a little off the mark.
2nd - Quality Furry. For some reason, most pony models generate a dull furry fur that looks a lot like felt instead of a silky, more realistic, and beautiful fur.
3rd - Images with washed-out colors on the most of pony models.
With these 3 factors in mind, version 2 has the following objectives:
1st - to be a model that exudes lust;
2nd - to create realistic quality furry;
3rd - to create images with vivid colors with good quality.
I'm very grateful to the authors of the Checkpoints and LoRAs AS WELL OTHER ASSETS used in the ONE FOR ALL series and I recommend everyone to visit them and appreciate their work (if your name isn't in this list, that means none of your resource were used on this version of OFA):

What are these extra tags in the example prompts? I tried replacing them with photo, realistic and got virtually the same style of output.
These are old prompts, since I've used it on the past, I keep it to comparative sample.
The new models run without it as fine as they don't need masterpiece e things like it. you can ignore them and get good result as well.

Btw, I've saw the comment on your review. And yes, the model isn't suppose to use negatives at all, it is more for, fixing, like a face of a guy comes with beard, I don't want beard on him, so beard on negative will fix it. If you see my gens, you will check that I really don't like to use negatives.. 😅😅😅
About the finetuning, some checkpoint I've used to merge, is making noise on some details, you will need a hiresfix or adtailer. I'm making a new recipe trying to fix it. Also my dataset has now images with resolution no lower than 2k, I'm waiting the Pony 6.9 be released to starting baking the version 3.

The ONE FOR ALL series is made up of a proprietary dataset with 4414 images in 1920px (FHD) resolution. This collection has been manually divided into styles and sources. The aim of the proprietary dataset is to diversify the styles, establish a minimum quality standard and prioritize adherence to the prompts, so I haven't focused too much on characters, although there are some identified characters in the dataset, such as those of Genshin and HoloLive, as well as styles such as Akira Toriyama, K2R and others. However, to achieve something more neutral so that the user can freely use the LoRAS they prefer, I avoid as much as possible verticalizing the training based on the styles of artists and anime or games. However, the ONE FOR ALL series is not just made up of the proprietary dataset, and in the interests of versatility and diversity, I use other checkpoints and LoRAS in the recipe, valuing the individual points. Therefore, in the case of «Pony Fantasy» you should rely on the characters available in the Pony v. 6 base:

Currently my favorite checkpoint to use, I have gotten some amazing results, but after over 4000 generations of images while using this Checkpoint, I've been having to battle it a lot lately. Does not seem to work correctly with InvokeAI all the time. InvokeAI always seems to preload a VAE that is non-removable and it conflicts with this in the final step of image generation, but it seems to only do that whenever it generates a nearly perfect looking image, and when you tread into NSFW territory, which is what is bothering me. I have gotten some very good images, but most of the time I keep having this eye/privates problem.
Basically the problem I've been having is every time it gets a scene/pose/characters face perfect, It seems to like generating the "private area" of a character with a weird green/pink blending digital glitch coloring. When this is triggered, it seems to also like removing pupils, and making the eyes very low detail with simple and incorrect colors. I can't really figure it out though, it doesn't happen all the time. It only seems to happen when everything else about the image is perfect (imo).
I use Invoke because I find the UI to be more usable, I only need image generation, and I have noticed that it is far easier to generation decent images with Invoke, whereas replicating the same stuff in A1111 always results in something that looks like it was drawn by someone that's 4.
So basically the logic always seems to like this: If the pose is perfect, it ruins the privates or eyes. If the dick or eyes are ok, it always seems like it generates a horrible pose.
Obviously the answer would be to use A1111, but next time is there any way someone in my situation could get a version that has a separate VAE, or am I completely misunderstanding how something works here? I'm fairly new to this stuff.

It's weird if the checkpoint was working and then it stopped to work, it may be some update in the Invoke. In any case, right now I can't offer a non VAE baked version. The next version of «Pony Fantasy» I'll provide both, a VAE baked and one without VAE, hope it helps situations like yours.
Did you tried Forge?? On A1111, I think the problem may be, sampler and steps. The ONE FOR ALL series are made with 2 things in mind, quality and prompt adherence. So, I recommend use UNIPC or 3M exponential or SGM Uniform (schedule) and 50+ steps. I'm aware that these configs may be hard for some hardwares, it was my fault to not consider about that, I'm really sorry. Next version I'll provide a hyper/lightning/turbo version too.
Another alternative is ComfyUI, I know it's not that friendly but the results are great and fast.
I never used Invoke, so I don't know how to switch the VAE problem (I believe it may be the problem).
Sorry if I can't help more than that, but I promise, next version I'll make it better.

I have a lot of work based on Pony, but Pony has a lot of mistakes. I wouldn't mind finding something like Pony but without changing the style. Because I need to stick to one style.

Hi, I really don't know if it's a legitimate question or just a passive aggressive form of trolling (sorry I'm not English native speaker). But, I'm going to assume it's a legitimate question (although, with all due respect, you're not going to get the same results using «Pony Fantasy» and Pony base v6, and you could just compare the hash of images from one model and another, but, anyway).
Why??
Starting with training. My checkpoint is based on my own dataset with over 200GB of images trained in 20 epochs with 41k steps. Plus, it base is not pony v6 pure but a mix result of my other model ONE FOR ALL «Plus Ultra» - v 3 DPO+Pony (assuming you were talking about the version 2).
This dataset has been merged with Direct Preference Optimisation in a 50/50 split, and this alone creates a huge distance from the base v6 model.
Nonetheless, the «Pony Fantasy» model still relies on the merge of countless other models that have been selectively gathered and quantified and finally applied randomly drops delta parameters with a ratio p and rescales the remaining ones by 1/(1 - p) (needless to say how far we've come from the base model, right??), to finish off LoRAs were added mainly to remove the washed out colour of the Pony models and add sharpness, including an adaptation to simulate HDR (which I miscalculated and as a result it can cause a burst of colour, something that also doesn't happen in the base model).
I hope that helps to clarify things enough.
I apologise for anything, but after more than 3k downloads and more than 300k generations here on Civitai + 100k generations on Yodayo you were the first to say that: the «Pony Fantasy» is in no way different from the v6. Which honestly is quite offensive, not only to me but to the more than 500 followers who use and praise the model.

No, it wasn't trolling or a hit-and-run (for some reason it's common nowadays to take any question as insulting, toxic or nasty)
When I wrote that there is no difference between Pony and your model, I meant that I get 80-90% similar images, only in your model there was more predominance of human type (I tested on furries)
And I was asking for the model, since I realized it's more like Realism + Anime.
I love Pony, but I hate the sheer amount of bugs in it. I'm looking for a replacement model that leaves everything the same drawn style without making it realistic or turning it into anime. 🙂
@Twostep I see. The «Pony Fantasy» due of the DPO will have great adherence to your prompt. But, it is still a Pony model. Checkout the community gens in the model page, it is normally anime gens, the realistic gens need some weight control to get more realistic it normally tends to make semi-realistic in most case. Also «Pony Fantasy» uses on it's dataset the same dataset from my ONE FOR ALL «Furry» - v. 3 DPO+VAE because furry community were always amazing with my work so I always try to give special attention to them and their needs.
To maintain the same style using «Pony Fantasy», the DPO will require standardisation in its prompt. If you look at the images I use as showcases in all my checkpoints, you'll notice that they're always the same images but with adjustments to the prompts.
Also, I recommend the use of WildCards or LoRAs to keep same style and results.

Hello everyone!!!
In case you weren't aware, CIVITAI will be increasing the value of the generated images based on the amount of LoRAs and Embeddings you add to the image!!! The good news is: the ONE FOR ALL models basically work with no or few LoRA depending on what you want to create.
I always warn creators that:
1. Most of the effect intended with LoRAs can be achieved in my checkpoints WITHOUT the use of LoRA;
2. You do NOT need to use negative prompts in my checkpoints, except for one-off corrections, which means you most likely do NOT need to use any kind of Negative Embedding. Honestly, I already doubt whether you even need to use any Positive Embedding, if you look at my images using my checkpoints, I never use them. Of course, this depends on your needs.
Anyway, using ONE FOR ALL, you will have little or no impact on the cost in the creation of your images, have fun, enjoy and keep going!!!

Does anyone know why they disabled creation with this Checkpoint?.... if it's as good as Ponydiffusion and Blender
Because it didn't win one of the 200 available checkpoint slots civitai is now auctioning off. Usage is not enough, we gotta bid buzz in the race for a slot. It's as bad as it sounds.
Auctions are an unnecessary waste of buzz, I understand that they want to be bought +buzz, but the good checkpoints disabled them.
@SupremoKaioSama Don't get me wrong, the auctions are another failed attempt of civitai to waste it's users buzz to lower its economy problem. Still, only the most bid checkpoints are gonna get one of the 200 slots now and some are in the top 5 with a single massive bid by the creators themselves.
Truth is: The game was rigged from the start and unless users make an effort for this checkpoint (or any they like) that's not money dumped by a whale, they're not gonna get featured.

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, «Pony Fantasy» did not qualify for this week's generation. This is very strange to me, because on Friday I made a bid that put the model in the top 100 checkpoints, along with «Reality», «Anime» and «2.5D», and «Plus Ultra» was in the top 200, however yesterday, I was surprised that NONE of my checkpoints won a generation slot.
In all honesty, that seems VERY STRANGE to me, but VERY STRANGE!!!
That's putting it mildly, but as I didn't follow yesterday's final results because I was sorting out personal matters, I can't prove anything. Something that won't happen this week, I assure you.
Unfortunately, with no ONE FOR ALL checkpoints available for generations, I'm unable to sponsor your generation, and I apologise for that. But my resources are very limited and as I always sponsor as many generations as possible (we're talking about 10k buzz per day) I need to set aside this amount to be able to guarantee the model in the generation pool and unfortunately this greatly limits how much I can donate to you for your amazing generations.... Sorry about that.
Hopefully next week the ONE FOR ALL models will be back in the generation slots.

I really enjoy this Checkpoint Merge... it's one of my favorites when generating 3D and 2D images. I hope they remove that auction option so I can always use "ONE FOR ALL «Pony Fantasy» DPO+VAE"
I would also like to add that I use it to generate videos, because the image quality and detailed generation, especially in the fingers, is the best I have tried.
