The Standard checkpoint is compatible with base, as well as all sdxl based finetunes, turbo merges, and lightning merges.

There is also a pony checkpoint for ponyXL

The lora does not break hands and does not need any weird "full body" hacks. composition is not changed. (Head/Face data only!)

A few examples were added to show everything off.
