This is not a character lora, you might get characters from Dragonball if you describe them but calling them out by name won't get good results. The purpose of this lora is to get the style of the early Dragonball manga. The best way to use it is to keep it between 0.8 and 1 and then change the weight of the term "dragonball" in your prompt. You can also get some good style by avoiding "dragonball" entirely.
