Works well with cfg 1, steps 8-15, LCM Sampling Method (requires extension in automatic1111 and ComfyUI)

AnimateDiff usage:

Works well with animatediff in comfyui, generates fast. Use the LCM Animatediff motion model. (I won't link it here, search for Animatediff LCM Lora for SD 1.5, and use it with the animatediff comfyui custom nodes)

ComfyUI Workflow file is included, download the training data zip, it contains the json file to load into ComfyUI.

Do what you want but I'm not granting any usage permissions on this post because these aren't my models. I used Supermerger in Automatic1111 to add the LCM lora to the model.
