There's a slight tone shift to the output (fairly sepia) when using this LoRA... Unfortunately the block of the UNet that most impacts the nipple size also heavily impacts the overall color tone of the image.
After a few days of playing around and stripping anything from the dataset I thought might be a cause I managed to get a decent-ish balance between strength of the effect and unintentional compositional changes, but it seems largely unavoidable unfortunately... nipples are small and detailed for the most part, making them fairly difficult to train consistently without a degree of concept bleed.
Luckily, the LoRA scales fairly well with higher and lower weights without noticable artifacts, so you can adjust the overall LoRA weight, or specifically the OUT01 block of the UNet to componsate for oversaturation or weak effect.
Here's some block weight presets that you can use with the block weight plugin or similar:
BREASTS:1,0,0,0,0,1,1,0,0,0,0,0
NIPPLES:1,0,0,0,0,1,1,0.8,0,0,0,0
NIPPLES is the weight preset embedded in the LoRA, and you can adjust the 0.8 value lower or higher to adjust the amount of overfit.
BREASTS impacts just the breast shape, and has a small impact on the nipple size, but is noticeably weaker in adjusting nipple size. The upside however is that the style overfitting is alomost non-existant without block OUT01 active.

@n15g I've tested your Swooping Lora and have found the BEST Perky Breasts Lora from Civitai. I give you a round of applause. With the models based on Pony XL, it always gives excellent results.
I must ask you: do you dare to make this Lora for SDXL 1.0?
