The awaken from a coma Burrowing Owl who works in a TV station and is a ex-GF of the show protagonist (Bojack).
Her Zany personality and upbeat attitude make a good contrast to Bojack.

I guess it's on Netflix and Apple TV, it worths at least a month of subscription, there is some other good animated shows there. Check it out Tuca & Bertie (by Co-Creator), it's like Bojack meets zany cartoons like Regular Show and some acid.
