For those who wandering, I haven't used an external VAE and it worked totally fine. The result I posted in the gallery is a straight output from Fooocus.

Same, I just ran the model in SwarmUI. All I changed was what is in the first screenshot. Ran in batches of 3, got a lot of underwear shots but when it followed the prompts it looked good. Never did the head to toe shot I was hoping the prompts would suggest
