So far I had to add Boa Hancock in the description and push the weight above 1.3 to get resembling results.

What ui are you using to gen images?
Did you try to gen the sample images to see if they came out right or not?
I use ComfyUI, the "<lora:boaV1XL_Pony_v1:1> " part is done separately and not in the prompt
@barlogspam176 I tested again the model and still works as intended. Can you try to change the Sampler to Euler a (or Euler a Karras for Comfy) and see how it goes?
