An archaic solution I've noticed is to add words close to her original outfit, like
black pantie, cameltoeor

I manage to create a reasonably sized training dataset, from 2 pose in my taimanin edwin black LoRA using the ip2adapter in controlnet. Perhaps you can try that?
In your case it might be easier, since Reiko's body will be similar to Kana or the other red suit girl in project boobs.
