recommended tags "full body", "looking at viewer" in the case of it generating legs and feet only. if it still doesn't work, you should use some negative embedding:(
you can also use "bound feet" and "bound toes, tied toes" separately...I guess.
you can add tags like "hogtie" , "soles", "barefoot", "socks"or others to generate what you want.

is there a way to get both arms up and legs up as well, suspension in air to be precise, but legs should be above head?
idk, try "legs over head, feet over head, hanging, suspension"?
