I tried different ways to trigger this model but I don't get anything like on the samples...
Try running it on Envy Starlight.
When put in Forge Web Ui's Lora folder, it doesn't appear neither after restart or refresh

I think I know what happened. The WebUI mistakenly assumed that this LoRA is for SD v1, and since an SDXL model is loaded it hides it by default. You can enable the setting called Always show all networks on the LoRA page. Then edit the LoRA settings and set it to SDXL
