Seems to work best sub 1 strength, most of my posted pictures at at 0.6.

I recommend mixing it with other loras unless you want a realistic style. Can give pretty cool results.

Play around with Realistic and 3D in the pos and neg prompts until you find something you like. I generally prefer having 3D as a neg and realistic around 0.5. What works best depends heavily on the rest of the prompt.
