Megatron "Megan" Griffin is the oldest child of Lois and Peter Griffin, and the sister of Chris and Stewie Griffin. Enrolled in Brown University, Meg is one of the main cast of the show Family Guy. She has a close circle of friends in Patty, Ruth, and Esther. She has mousey brown hair styled in a bob cut, and a pointed aquiline nose, with large round glasses.

Meg's design in the show is intentionally unremarkable, designed with a very square body and an angular head. However throughout the show, she is much more further defined, which is where my interpretation comes in. Her typical outfit consists of a a pink short sleeve ringer tee shirt with white trim, loose fitting jeans, a pink beanie, and white sneakers. Meg also has a purple bomber jacket she wears in colder episodes. During the pilot episode her shirt was white with red trim, her beanie was blue, and her sneakers were tan.

Meg has medium to small breasts with large areola. Meg has be described as pear-shaped with a "build like a linebacker" with legs that are proportionately uniform along the thigh, calf, and ankle. Along with her powerful legs, Meg is described as having a wide butt with strong haunches. Her feet are also fairly large for her small body with a shoe size of roughly a woman's 11, and her height is 140cm.
