Note #1: This is a Locon. Install the extension to get it to work. I've found them to do better when working on ideas that I want easily added to one of my LORA characters. Also, they're WAY less damaging to images, even at high weights.
What does it do you ask? Part of my CAC series, this one focuses on a symbiote taking over and infecting your waifu. It has a couple different trigger words that have various effects, as well as some recommended general tags if you want to emphasize certain aspects that I have found fun. I didn't hard bake them into the Locon but let them be easily called. Please read the next section for information.
How to use it: First we have the core triggers baked into the Locon.
TOver - Main trigger word.
NOMASK or WMASK - Choosing one of these tries to get the Locon to emphasize mask or not.
Optional but tags that are powerful in here:
mask, skin tight, bodysuit, slime (substance), covered eyes, no eyes, monster girl, tentacles, torn clothes - All these tags have a powerful effect in this Locon and work well thematically. Pick and choose which ones (if any) you want to use in a given picture. There are definitely a lot of other tags to use though, just some recommendations!
Extra, Extra!: Should be well trained and usable in most models. Images shown for example.

How was it trained?
It was trained on animefull_final with 27 images with the usual self-pruning and tagging and a wide range of different images. I like keeping my prompts simple for the first few pictures so that you can see it without a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo. Make your pictures better than mine though!

I also have some more quite NSFW Locon's. I decided to list them as well, so if people have preferences on which to fix up first let me know. Specifically, Demonic Transformation, being stepped on, Robotification, Petrified (I'm unsure if I should bother with this one anymore), Infection (this one is VERY nsfw, as the waifu is completely infected), Dominatrix (waifu becoming a dominatrix), Brainwashing Machine, Tentacles, Pillory, Masked Evil (A mask that possess' the waifu), Latex Corruption, Combat Drone (hard to describe but basically making them a mindless sci-fi combat warrior), JAV Supervillain, Jiangshi (Transforms into a Jiangshi), Mind Flayer Defeat, Blacked, Harem Outfits, Hourglass Figure (just to make your waifu curvy), and Holding a Leash.
And, uh, I want to make a few "normal" Locon's so I have an "knight-ify" your character one coming up. And a forest fairy one as well. And a officer one. And a barbarian one.
Additionally, I love the style of Defaultz_17, so I'm making a Locon to mirror that.
Or just give me some random suggestion or priority opinions. That works too.

I left a review of this one. I was trying to use it like what I imagine your latex transformation will be like, so I'd put my vote towards that.
For your character list, I don't watch/play most of the things they're from. From your whole list I only know Sheik, Lucoa/Tohru, and DoS; all of whom I'd be interested in, with no particular preference between them.
I'd For the other Locons, my order of preference would be
1) Latex Corruption
2) Masked Evil
3) Infection
4) Demonic Transformation
5) Robotification
6) Brainwashing
7) Hourglass Figure
8) Harem Outfit
9) Combat Drone (would pair well with the Head Mounted Display LoRA)
10) The rest, no preference
Your "normal" Locons also seem fun too.
You seem to be cranking these out pretty quickly. Would you mind if I asked you what kind of hardware you're working with and what your set sizes usually are?
@neilarmstron12 I commented on your review for the points for the latex/slime transformation idea, so I'll hit up the rest here.
For characters Lora's, I've trying to avoid the overtly commonly made ones because other people are making them... Though if there are versions that are old and need updating, or you have any recs, let me know.
The one I'm the most nervous about of the ones you've listed is the Infection and Combat Drone one for two reasons.
1) Infection is pretty dang NSFW for the type of pictures I was looking for. Little nervous if it's TOO NSFW.
2) Combat Drone. I can't decide how to go with one. I LOVE this artist -> https://twitter.com/Echanis_Enicha/. But I'm debating if it takes over the character too much and you won't even know who is being used in the LORA anymore (aka, it might not conserve and recognizable features of the original characters). But maybe that's ok. If you have an opinion I'd love to hear!
As for which software, I use both Google Collab and my own computer at the same time cranking them out. And then it's a of testing via steps/epochs to find something decent. And set sizes vary. Some character Lora's its too hard to find many good pictures of them (Disgaea characters) but I am for at least 20 before being too satisfied. More common characters I go higher. For concepts, depends on the complexity and rarity of quality pictures. My brainwashing was pretty common to find images and was a more complex idea, so it was ~100. Others vary based on availability and complexity.
@TwoMoreTimes89 Saw your response here and on the review. I'm just happy to offer any help. If the result is that you post better LoRAs, it sounds like I'm getting the better deal.
I used google collab for my one LoRA, but was frustrated by the usage limits. And I don't think I did a good job tagging.
Good luck with whichever one you decide to work on. I tried to leave reviews on LoRAs I get a lot of use out of.
