It's still a little crude. Has a few quirks that I'm patching.
Results vary wildly depending on the underlying checkpoint.
Success rate is about 20% currently, the other 80% are cronenburg abominations.
set the lora to 0.5 to start and increase until you are satisfied with the result. Some checkpoints need a higher value than others.
Works the best with kotosmix_v10 and HenmixRealV10
Try the different trigger words, it can be a little stubborn but sometimes they really change it up.

I would not recommend thinking that some weights "work better" in general from a bit of testing. It's going to vary wildly depending on seed, model, other tags in prompt, length of prompt, other loras, other settings, etc.
What you can do though, is identify in which Lora block the most relevant information is and configure it that way, using Lora Block Weight extension. In general character and most concepts have their critical weights located in the second half, and background information is in the first half. Sometimes concepts have important info scattered around the middle, it's hard to give hard rules, but removing the first few blocks and maybe the last few should be good.

I made a Lora for this a while ago but it wasn't working very well so I didn't release it. However from testing, using both this one and mine together at low weight gives much better results than either of them on their own, so I'll drop my lora here if anyone wants to test it.

Main trigger is nipplefuck or nipple penetration, but specific wording doesn't really matter, it'll work with nipple_fuck just fine.
Speaking of, if you intend on making further versions, something I was planning on trying is changing the main trigger word to something that doesn't include "nipple", because I have a theory that nipple being in the prompt causes SD to be "confused" and try to generate nipples elsewhere and messes with the concept because a nipple being penetrated is definitely not what it learned a nipple is.
If they work good combined then doing a mix of the two might be worthwhile.
I see people mix loras all of the time but I don't really know how to do it myself. ^_^

I didn't know that was a thing. I'd have to decline I'm afraid. But if you have any other (less violent) suggestions I'll consider them.
If you're still working on improving this, I'd love to use this for tentacles. Right now it seems to only work for dicks in the nipples.
This is awesome! Works great even in realistic. The one feature I wish it had is nipple fisting... but beggars can't be choosers ;)
Either that or nipple birth and nipple egg-laying.
For additional training data I recommend photomanips from mastodong57 on bdsmlr and imagefap. Having non-anime images for training might help the quality.
