This is the Lament monster from the The Evil Within 2. Tried to make this one gender agnostic despite the monster being explicitly female, it turned out pretty well I think.

PLEASE NOTE: My LoRas straddle a line between being character and concept loras. This monster has a lot of elements that you would apply to a character Lora for example extra arms and long black hair, if you add these to your prompt without using something like regional prompter, odds are these will also be applied to any other character to the scene, including humans. If you want the monster to look exactly like its in-game representation in combination with human characters in the same image, then you would need to use something like regional prompter.
