(More photos below had issues arranging them properly for V2)
( And please feel free to upload your creations with this model I know I and the community love to see what you come up with 😄 )
Edit for V2*
I focused on getting this one to be more detailed with skin and more flexible in general. Each model revision has its strong suits and weaknesses. This one had issues with hands sometimes but has great quality in other areas like textures etc. I wish I could make one model to rule them all but sadly thar seems impossible at this time due to the limited model size etc... Maybe FLUX will bridge the gap? Who knows but if you don't enjoy this model try an older revision or don't it's up to you but I appriciate everyone's feedback, you guys are the main reason I do this and I hope I didn't disappoint with this new revision. Sadly it's only an FP16 model the fp32 got lost at some point in translation but shouldn't be a biggie. Again thank you all and this may be my last model for a while until I can get some newer hardware to train on. I would never expect it but If anyone feels like helping fund that shoot me a message! Thank ya'll again!
edit for V1*
Here it is, finally out of beta and I am extremely pleased with the results. This updated model offers greater versatility while continuing to prioritize realism. While primarily designed for 512x512 images, it can also handle 1024x1024 images with some trial and error depending on the complexity of the prompt and settings.
This model is compatible with LCM and can be paired with SD Turbo, though it may not be the best option for high quality images, it is great for rough drafts. Feel free to experiment with the settings and let me know your feedback!
I also included both fp16 and fp32 versions of the model.
For creating 1024x1024 images, I personally recommend using DPM++ 3M SDE GPU for the sampler and Karras for the scheduler, with 50 steps and HiRes fix enabled. If you are interested in my exact settings for this, feel free to ask!
Lastly, please share images of your creations - I would love to see them! 😀
* For V.05 - Beta
--------------
I've been working on this model for a while and figured I'd release a Beta of it. It still has a long way to go but has potential. Please upload pics you made with it so I can see what needs to be improved. So far this model focuses on skin textures and lifelike realisum. It can do NSFW and yes... It can kinda do buttholes which I know most models struggle with hah! If anyone has any questions dont hesitate to reach out :)
I personally use:
DPM++ 3M SDE GPU for the sampler
And Karra's for the Scheduler.
Steps normally around 40 and CFG scale you can play with a lot on this model, sometimes 1.00 works sometimes 5 works better.
I normally have mine around 2.75-4.00
Again its a beta so let me know!

Considering low CFG, one might think it is LCM?
I was shooting for LCM but it didn't meet my expectations for an LCM but anyone is more than welcome to use it as one again please upload pic ls and I'll try to refine it more.
Awesome model! I cannot wait to see future versions. After playing around with this model it LITERALLY is pretty dang good at almost anything. It only lacks in a few areas but nothing Lora's cant fix. Well done!
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it 😄
More and more people will discover this model, and it will cause a sensation because it is so excellent.
Thank you so much!! 😄 hopfully I can dial it in a bit more in the upcoming versions but people like you are giving me drive and making me excited to continue work on it :D again thank you!! 😁
Can it do SFW? I want to make advertisements for kids sports clothing, so e.g. I have a football t-shirt I want to put onto a model (without having to hire a model).
Yeah it can. You may have better luck with SD XL if you are needing words on the shirt but I guess you can always inpaint later too. Lemme know how it goes if you give it a shot 😄
@AnomalousConcepts maybe you could train over SDXL, or even better SD3 when it comes out I guess
@Janet I would do SDXL but I'm not a huge fan it's a great base but I'm honestly waiting for SD 3 to come out I think it'll be like SDXL with the ability to do text etc. But way faster. SDXL just takes too long to render sub-par results that take a fraction of the time with others. Hopfully it'll come out soon. I'm on the list but haven't heard anything back :/
@AnomalousConcepts In my experience, the prompts have a lot to do with the results, that and the settings that you use. But in the end, your computer capabilities will dictate how good your images can be without further workarounds. I've come up with some amazing results on SD1.5 recently, but the only thing is, when ya zoom in on them, even a couple I did at 3k x 2.5k res, ya can see that the detail just isn't there, and that's what larger models like SDXL or even flux excel in.
However, that said, this is where your hardware comes into play. Personally, I'm looking into upgrading, as I just got into image generation recently, and only have a 3070ti laptop. It's great for most things, but 8gb is somewhat limiting for AI related tasks, especially if I wish to train a model myself, which I am looking into.
But, the specifics of hardware in relation to this, mostly comes down to your video card. You can run image generation on CPU, and utilize ram, which is MUCH cheaper to get in large amounts than a GPU with loads of Vram, however, doing it that way is excessively slow, as a GPU has thousands of cores, and even the most expensive CPUs, intended for enterprise server use, only have 288 at most, and even that isn't until next year. to clarify, my old 3070ti laptop(Not that old, only bought it last year, but hardware has taken a huge leap since), has over 5000 CUDA cores. Oh, and the top consumer accessible CPU only has 32 cores.
And so, with all that said, you're pretty much stuck with GPU rendering, which you can split with the CPU in webUI's like SD Next, using an option called medvram. So with that, and the SDXL model will still take about 5-6 gigs on your card (including any space reserved by cuda or w.e else). But that's just the amount that's taken no matter what, like, write off that chunk of ram, the rest is what your card has to work with for actually generating the image. So, if you've got an 8gb card like I do, then you've got 2-3gb total to process the image, the vae, the loras(unless those last 2 load with the model, still not clear on that),and the higher resolutions and more complex prompts will add to that as well.
TLDR: Basically, If you got a low Vram card, you may get better results from SD1.5 than SDXL/Pony. But XL does have better potential with the right hardware, as it's trained using larger image sets with higher resolutions. That's not all though, if I understand correctly, SDXL also has better underlying model architecture, further improved upon by models like Flux, which are superior at writing text into images, and handling more narrative style prompts. I think the easiest way to compare the mainstream current model types, is that SD is like a video cassette tape, XL is like a DVD, and flux is like Blue ray.
While it's always best to go over your images before presenting them to anyone, you're pretty safe in general when it comes to models producing explicitly illegal content like what you're implying involving kids. The models that you download are all just derivatives of the original SD and SDXL models that have been modified via further image training. And as I understand it, the initial models had safeguards built into the model architecture itself to prevent lude images of minors from being produced.
So, while it's not impossible to produce such things, it's not something that one could easily do without actually trying to. One caveat to that however, if you just, for example, produced a bunch of NSFW art (adults, fantasy creatures, whatever flips your goat..), then loaded up your model/settings for advertisements, there's a slight chance that you could oops into some undesired images due to what may be left in the ram/vram.
Also, SDXL models do have a higher likelihood of producing NSFW than SD, as they are trained on much more NSFW content. And anime/furry models also have a higher gearing towards NSFW. For your use case, I would recommend sticking to SD, and using the inpainting feature with an SDXL/Flux model to add text to the clothing, or perhaps tweak some of the finer details.
Great checkpoint to use alongside animatediff 🔥
I'll have to give that a shot 💯
