just check my upload to se why i am asking...
The lora does generate the hips too, so a full lower body is the intended result. In the case of your image, that's something that happens sometimes, but not often. A different seed would probably be all you need to get a better generation. Otherwise, you can give it a hand (or a leg) using img2img and a simple doodle
