I had the same issue, the correct and the only fix is to reinstall the A1111 UI completely, save your loras and models to separate directory and install A1111 again, it will work, I recommend using Pinokio
Using webui forge helps a lot, that's a free option you can try, the 2nd option is getting a better gpu, my 4090 can generate one 768x1024 image with DPM++ SDE Karras sampling in 7 seconds
