Don't want to defend Best Korea, but which country other than maybe Switzerland would be democratic, a system where you vote your policies and the elected representatives must implement them? It's extremely uncommon, and virtually no country which calls itself democratic, like the USA or North Korea, is actually so. If you vote you just vote blue or red every 4 years, which decides nothing because the actual agenda is decided by "philantropists" in Davos and Bilderberg for Western countries, or among other oligarchs in other countries.
