Great work! But I'm still amazed how 1.5 models look better than SDXL
Larger training dataset, along with allowance for more mixing of concepts, SDXL had a reduced dataset and is more finetuned in specific ways that at least provide a better base quality. All in all, compared to SD 1.5, SDXL is more like a distilled model in comparison, even though it's not a distilled model. The analog images you could get out of the analog models like analog madness in SD 1.5 were pretty good, the only problem was SD 1.5's inherent coherency issues, and I still think the 1.5 version produces better filmic images, especially when it comes to experimental and moody lomography. Even using the same training data, they will be completely different models due to the base differences of 1.5 and XL.

The model seems to work great with Lightning btw.
I have used the 4step LORA. A weight of 0.75 seems to work best, but so far I have only compared based on one picture.
I loved the sd15 version for its scenic atmospheric design but still realistic. This one is a bit too anime for me. Can use more realism

I continue to look for an SDXL model that I like as much as analog madness SD15
I didn't like this model much. The issue I had was the nipples end up blurry which is a problem with a lot of models, some of the facial expressions are very AI, and not quite as realistic as I'd like. It's more vivid realism. Which is a look people like on here so might be good for some people. This model did require positive and negative prompts to get good results.
I found a surprising weakness in this model. The landscapes are like illustrations, not realistic.
