pussy slip - more like an accidental slight slip
loincloth lift - the character is pulling the loincloth out of the way
It may help to put loincloth aside or loincloth lift in negatives for the opposite one.

I can't believe this is the first time I've seen this. Great concept, thank you. It would probably be harder to find data for rear loincloth aside, but I would also be interested in a lora for that.
