Been testing this and it is not a very good Lora haha, getting some serious uncanny valley vibes. I trained it on Everclear. Maybe I should have stuck to regular Pony?

Did you train it with clipskip? Because I think that the sample pictures are ""decent"" but look like there are issues with clipskip. I think Pony and derivates work all on ClipSkip 2, if you trained it on ClipSkip 1 it may ruin every picture
