Damn, awesome job on this Lora! The style really stays, and the characters prompts are minimal.
I'm trying to do a Style+characters lora too, but I have only been able to replicate the Style not the characters. Any tips you might be willing to share?
Include tags for the characters. That's pretty much it.
Any time a character is in the shot, make sure they're tagged. It can be time consuming, but the end result makes it worth it.
@PopiAI I might be doing something wrong then, I do have them tag, but its mostly solo photos, since it's a VN like game artstyle. I heard something about specific folders for each character but haven't found anything besides one Reddit thread saying that lol. I might give it another try and make sure to have everything tagged as possible. Thank for your time and help!
I've also been working on a style + characters lora. I don't have very good character accuracy, probably just because I don't have enough images per character. Can I ask, do you use lots of images where multiple named characters are next to each other or overlapping? I've been afraid to because I thought that tended to confuse the lora.
@navelgaze Indeed I do. There were over 700 images sorted into 71 different folders to make this lora. There was one folder for each of the characters, then every other folder was various combinations so that each character would be named in any images they appeared in.
@PopiAI Thanks for the reply. Based on that, I think I'll try using more images with multiple characters for my own lora.
