Works with males as well. Not only gives a foreskin to the penis, but also:

- makes penis bigger and darker;
- makes testicles more evident and sometimes hairier, depending on model/style;
- will also sometimes make pubic hair thicker/more abundant, depending on model/style.

These are all benefits in my opinion. Unfortunately the lora can also distort the image with higher strengths, but thankfully you might not need higher strenghts.

Using it with strength from 0.2 to 0.4 will reliably add foreskin while making relatively few changes to the image. If you want a huge penis, I believe that instead of setting this lora's strength's to 0.8 or 1, you'd be better off keeping it at 0.6 or lower and combining it with another tag like "(large penis:1.2).
